About

From a single studio to an index of ventures.

Same craft and ownership standards, now spread across seven teams instead of one.

Glazni started as a mobile-first software studio in Moscow โ€” an idea Aleksandr Gabushev first put together, with Franz Graaf joining not long after to help build it out โ€” building fast, native-feeling Android and iOS apps, plus the websites, desktop tools, and infrastructure around them, for clients across Russia, Germany and the rest of Europe. As that studio grew, the teams around it โ€” marketing, talent, hospitality tech, design, privacy-first computing, and website migration โ€” grew into ventures of their own, each now run day to day by its own team. Glazni is now the holding company that sits above all of them: still rooted in Moscow, with Berlin as its European hub and remote coverage across the rest of the continent.
